With the start of September, usually comes the return to fitness after the summer vacations.
In 2021, because of the coronavirus, the summer abuse was much less...
But the trusty private gym has always been in place, before, during and after the coronavirus, and still as welcoming as ever.
Ulysses and I are always very happy to be back on our training machines each morning and to welcome today the arrival of September 1, 2021!
