A SATURDAY NIGHT WITH DONALD TRUMP IN THE SPRING OF 2019

A SATURDAY NIGHT WITH DONALD TRUMP IN THE SPRING OF 2019 -
By Bernard Bujold -
Nothing could be more fun than a Saturday night at a rally with Donald Trump.
On Saturday April 27, the same evening that the White House Correspondents were holding their annual dinner, Donald Trump decided to hold a rally with his fan instead of going to the press evening.
The rally was full packed and very energetic.
Donald Trump is ready for the next election of 2020 and his fan are also!

RAYMOND REDDINGTON REAL IDENTITY

RAYMOND REDDINGTON REAL IDENTITY!
By Bernard Bujold -
Now we know the truth!
After 130 episodes, viewers of The Blacklist finally know who Raymond Reddington really is.
When the show started back in 2013, many of us assumed that Raymond Reddington was merely a fugitive, turning himself in after years on the FBI’s Most Wanted list. But as the NBC drama continued, it became clear that Red isn’t really Red but an impostor.
The two hours special on Friday April 26, 2019 revealed the real identity of Reddington, the TV character played by the very extraordinary actor James Spader.
And the real good news is that NBC has renewed “The Blacklist” for a seventh season and that the original cast of the show, including co-leads James Spader and Megan Boone, are all set to return for another season next year.

YOKO ONO EXHIBITION IN MONTREAL - 2019

YOKO ONO EXHIBITION IN MONTREAL-
By Bernard Bujold-
On Wednesday evening, April 24, 2019, the Phi Foundation opened the exhibition devoted to Yoko Ono's contemporary works.
The exhibition is presented in two buildings at 465 and 451 St-Jean in Old Montreal and is highly interactive as visitors are invited to create works from the exhibition's installations. You can stick a "post it" on a wall, hang a label with a message in trees, hit a nail on a wooden board, create statuettes with rocks, etc.
Personally I had fun writing on the wall, hitting a nail and hanging my message in a tree...
The general theme of the exhibition is world peace and the colour white dominates.
During the inauguration evening, there were a good hundred police officers and dozens of police cars all around in the streets surrounding the Centre Phi but one absent... Yoko Ono!
Yoko Ono (86 years old) could not attend the opening of the exhibition, but she sent a message to the media present. "I can't believe it's been fifty years (1969) since John and I came to Montreal to do Bed In. Our vision and hope to spread peace is as urgent today as it was then. I hope this exhibition will help to engage a whole new generation of activists in understanding this emergency and recognize that we have the power to make a difference, and that it is not just politicians. »
The Yoko Ono exhibition is exceptional and worthy of those of the Museum of Fine Arts like the current Thierry Mugler.
Congratulations to the PHI Foundation.
The exhibition is free and runs until next September 15.

For his most recent walk, Ulysses took the opportunity to visit the old convent of the neighborhood. A little more and the good and kind Grey Nuns would have offered him a morning lunch...

THE NEW RACING TRACK GILLES VILLENEUVE (April 2018) -
By Bernard Bujold -
After the destruction, comes the rebuilding! Work began on the Gilles Villeneuve racetrack in Montreal on July 2018 and the construction crews replaced the demolition one for the old garages. According to officials, the new "paddocks" will be beautiful!
I loved the old ones but I will have to see...
One have to admit that the woodwork of the new garages for the Formula 1 race in Montreal will be magnificent!
The 2019 Canada F1 Grand Prix is being held from June 7-9.
To be continued!
