After the recent tragedy of the daycare center in Laval, it is now the small and picturesque village of Amqui in Gaspésie (6200 inhabitants) that is the victim of a similar act in Laval caused by a madman who lived a harmless life among his community.
The solution?
The old adage that our neighbors are our friends no longer holds true...
One could say that the world has become a crazy jungle!
