With the annual ritual of Labor Day weekend comes also the fitness for the back to life in September 2022. 

Ulysses and I invaded the gym for the reunion with the various equipment and started our training. While I deeply enjoy being in the gym on a daily basis, the great joy of being in the gym comes at the end of the workout when the day's routine is over and I can go meditate in the garden... 

Sometimes I even take a nap, but only on days when I've trained well! 

Have a great back to life!
