I recently lost a silver bracelet in my building’s gym, and despite an intensive search, it was impossible to recover it…
So I had the idea to run a search using artificial intelligence on lost items…
According to AI, any solid object (such as a silver bracelet) lost in a specific location will be found by someone with a 99% probability within a maximum of 2 hours. Now to the question: what is the probability that the bracelet will be returned to its owner? The AI’s answer is 80%. It is statistically proven that 20% of the population keeps the lost items that they find…
I took my inquiry further and asked the AI who was ultimately more honest: a human or a machine? The answer: Artificial intelligence would be superior to humans in terms of honesty in the sense that the machine has no emotions. For this reason, the machine would be more honest than humans because the machine is never influenced by the sentimentality of its emotions. The machine is rigorous in its responses and actions, and one could say it is “incorruptible”…
