When it comes to happiness and well-being, babies have a lot to teach us. Babies throw tantrums, but studies show that they occur on average once a day and last three minutes... The rest of the time, babies are models of well-being and happiness.
Toddlers don't hesitate to talk to themselves, (talk alone...) and research suggests that in adults, positive self-talk can help with problem-solving, learning, self-confidence, and emotional management.
