The debate is over about who is best able to properly manage Quebec municipalities. We now get to work. Some mayors have won a sweeping victory as Mayor Quebec, Regis Labeaume, who scored 80% of the votes cast! Others, like the mayor of Montreal, have hardly saved the day while Gerald Tremblay won only 37.5% of votes cast.
