THE KING'S VISIT TO CANADA -
By Bernard Bujold -
I dug out an old frame from the barn and placed a poster of King Charles in it to salute his visit to Ottawa on Monday and Tuesday, May 26-27, 2025.
I loved his mother, Elizabeth, with her sense of humor and her many dogs. I remember her participation in the video with James Bond in 2012. It was unique! They say Elizabeth was happy when she was in the stable with her horses. I, too, love horses and stables...
Elizabeth considered her role as Queen to be a job, which she took very seriously, but it was a job.
I've never been a fan of Charles, and one must admit that he lacks charisma. But hey, he's the King. Long live the King... for now!
