THE WEST AGAINST RUSSIA -

Vladimir Putin announced Tuesday that Russia is suspending its participation in the Russian-American New Start treaty on nuclear disarmament, deepening the rift with the West, which he accuses of having caused an escalation of the conflict in Ukraine. 

On the other hand, the President of China said he will go on an official visit next April or May to discuss with Putin an end to the current war against Ukraine. China wants to be the peacekeeper and replace the United States as the world leader!
