THE URBAN COLD...
By Bernard Bujold -
We can say that all of Quebec, including Montreal, experienced historically cold temperatures on Friday and Saturday, February 3 and 4, 2023, when the felt temperature reached -40C/ -40F...
It was possible to survive this urban cold, but you had to have the right tools!
Ski goggles for the eyes; a winter coat over one or two sweaters for the body; and ski pants for the legs; with good warm boots for the feet.
Ulysses and I boldly took a walk through the city...
I was well dressed and Ulysses is made of bronze...
Happy winter 2023!
