The valiant Ulysses wanted to take advantage of the beautiful sunshine of this Saturday, June 11, 2022, to check the progress of the assembly of the Ring at Place Ville-Marie.
The Ring seems to be quite beautiful and normally next week it should be attached to the two buildings that will support it.
However, Ulysse wonders about the $5 million cost...
A couple of $100,000, maybe, but $5 million!
The developers should have shopped around for a better deal...
