The Acadians celebrate their national day on August 15.
The history of these people in 1755 is reminiscent of the history of the Ukrainians in 2024.
But whether we're in 1755 or 2024, there's nothing humanitarian or fair about a war.
Acadia's national day has been held on August 15 every year since 1881.
