THE MASTER OF THE GYM...

There are masters of the universe, and there are masters of the gym... I like to have a certain amount of control over the gym, which I consider a kind of sanctuary (church) for the mind and body.
Some of my friends have nicknamed me “Rocky Balboa” because of my discipline at the gym...
I couldn't train in a public gym with dozens of other people and the loud, metallic noise of the machines. Commercial gyms are like social clubs, similar to nightclubs...
In fact, to train in peace and quiet, I enjoy listening to classical music, and throughout the summer, I listened to Hildegard von Bingen's Canticles of Ecstasy every morning.
