I bet $5 against Pablo Rodriguez winning the leadership of the Quebec Liberal Party by becoming a member of the party, so I could vote against him. In the end, you could say that I lost my $5, but it was like a 6/49 lottery ticket, and I had a lot of fun voting and watching the race. But I lost my vote...
Personally, I have no affinity or admiration for Pablo Rodriguez as a person, but hey, he won... His party will be at the center of the next election, with the Parti Québécois against François Legault's outgoing party, which is on the decline.
As far as I'm concerned, this is the end of my passion for the Quebec Liberal Party, but fortunately, the sun will continue to shine in the sky, and besides, I have a few other passions in life...
