They say you must know when to leave the table... History might have remembered Denis Coderre as a great Montreal mayor. When he lost his election in September 2017, he announced his retirement. But he wanted to get back into politics and never won his bets. Now the Quebec Liberal Party's electoral committee has notified Coderre that it is refusing his nomination papers as party leader.
