LIVING IN THE MOMENT...

I often have the pleasure of chatting with one of my next-door neighbors, an old man like myself...
He recently told me that he loves to relive his old memories in his mind, while I told him that I try to live in the now moment.
It's not easy to live in the Now moment, but in my opinion, it's the only reality. Time is like an arrow and its only direction is ahead of us.
Obviously, these are theories, but what would life be without theory?
