MEDIA IN 2024...

If there's one medium that's growing fast in 2024, it's radio... 
There was a time, in the 1990s, when you needed millions of dollars in capital to start a radio station. I was approached for QUEBECOR in 1995 by Jean-Pierre Coallier for his RADIO-CLASSIQUE station. He asked for $2 million for 50% of the station, which opened in June 1998. Pierre Péladeau declined the partnership... 
In 2024, radio is a very economical medium, provided it breaks with tradition. That's exactly what Quebecor is doing with QUB. 
Internet radio also makes it possible to add video animation, often produced using a simple smartphone camera... Gregory Charles experimented with this kind of broadcast when he owned RADIO-CLASSIQUE in the 2019s. 
I have a Facebook contact (François Harrisson) who hosts a program on a francophone internet radio station based in the Maritimes, yet he lives in another part of the country. 
Internet radio is definitely the voice of the future!
