POLITICAL LIFE IN 2018

The society in 2018 is polarized in an extreme way but a look at the history of the world shows us that it has always been like this since the beginning of time... 
A Quebec example is the frequent criticism of the Maurice Duplessis era in Quebec. Yet the populist Duplessis was the savior of Quebecers from the profiteers of the system by Alexandre Tachereau and his friends. 
In the United States, I started following politics with Reagan. The period against Russia is similar to today with Korea. Reagan is said to have dropped the Berlin Wall. Later the non-populist period of George Bush and Sadam / Kadafi was the worst that the United States has experienced as a failure. 
As for Donald Trump, I still think he will bring the world back to a democratic equilibrium. Populism is also democracy. It is when populism becomes political power that we fall back into abuses of power and deep states, clans and small personal empires. The Clinton, Obama, Trudeau, Charest, Marois, and Gerald Tremblay are far from populism, but we have seen during their time what are situations of abuse of the system by politicians elected to power for too long. 
Personally, I continue to be happy at heart whenever I think of the presence of Donald at the United States Presidency. And as the soul is a state always very personal... everyone must have his own convictions otherwise he will know the sadness of the soul!

The festivities of the 2018 edition of the Formula 1 Grand Prix were a great success! The star of this year was the one that sparked the craze for the Formula in Quebec, Gilles Villeneuve (1950-1982).
Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel won Sunday's race. 
The champagne was ready!

US President Donald Trump considers the Canadian Prime Minister "dishonest & weak" because Justin Trudeau was very kind and said he was open to negotiating when he was in front of Trump and when Donald left, Justin was indignant about of the economic measures by the United States and verbally said so to the journalists calling those measures insulting.
Donald Trump was disappointed by Trudeau's behavior and plans to increase economic measures against Canada. He also refused to sign the joint press release proposed by the G7.
Justin had the signed press release in his hand and he boasted about the success of the summit...
It can be concluded that Justin should have been more discreet and only say that negotiations were continuing without fueling the fire... 
It's like football when Tom Brady dropped the ball and lost the Super Bowl after the failed play. 
Rather than calm the trade war, Justin Trudeau has just increased it!

LIFE IN 2018 -

The suicides of media personalities Anthony Bourdain and Kate Spade are a shock for many and such events are sad because they have no reason to be. Suicide never has its reason for being! 
Personally, I already thought of suicide once, several years ago, but the time to plan it made me forget the project... 
I like to say that I have lived so far six lives since my birth because I died, morally, at least 5 times on the occasion of divorce, death of parents, project failures, physical accident, etc. But after each of my moral deaths, there has always been a rebirth and disappearance of problems from the previous life. 
I have had many proofs that suicide is never the solution to the problems of life and I will only mention the most recent evidence, which came in 2016 with the election of Donald Trump.Indeed, I felt such a happiness to the soul after the victory of Donald that I told myself that if I had committed suicide, at the time of my suicidal thought, I would never have lived this great happiness of 2016 and to live such happiness was well worth it! I wish you to know such a state of mind one day, to all of you.
