MODERN ENTREPRENEURS IN 2026…

Just recently, the management of the city condo where I live decided to have the parking garage floor washed. To make the job easier, they hired a valet service to move the cars while the garage was being washed.
Like many of my neighbors in the condo building, I was hesitant and apprehensive about handing over my car keys to a valet service. I had discussed this with several neighbors, and they all told me they, too, felt uneasy and afraid. Furthermore, because I’m not comfortable with the property manager’s management style, I was worried about entrusting my car to her service provider.
On the Friday morning before the car wash, however, I ran into the director of the valet company—LUXE VALET—at the building’s reception desk, a man named Benny Prince, and he put my mind at ease right away. He wasn’t arrogant at all; he listened to my concerns, and within a few minutes, he managed to show me that he knew his valet business well and that his employees were highly competent. So I decided to hand him the keys to my car.
In a previous career (at QUEBECOR), I worked with dozens of suppliers—both small and large—and had to assess the effectiveness or inadequacy of their service offerings for the large company I represented. I’d developed a keen instinct for this!
At the end of the day, after the garage wash was finished, I ran into a few of my neighbors who had been worried, and they all told me they’d been impressed by LUXE VALET’s efficiency and skill in moving the cars.
In conclusion, LUXE VALET’s corporate culture is worth noting because it sets an example to follow—not only in terms of the professional efficiency of the services provided by its employees, but above all in their excellent handling of supplier-client relationships, which is very rare in today’s modern economy. Ultimately, this experience allowed me to discover that despite the gloom of our society, there are still entrepreneurs who are passionate and who love what they do. This discovery was one of my little joys of the summer of 2026…
Of course, someone might argue that the quality of valet service has no bearing on how well the garage is cleaned, but that’s another story…
