In the last U.S. election in 2020, 51.3% (81,284,666 votes) went to Joe Biden against 46.9% ( 74,224,319 votes) for Donald Trump. We can conclude that the country is divided into two very distinct groups and that the reunion of the two clans is definitely not in the near future...
If there's any consolation, it's that this kind of polarization is everywhere on the planet, including Canada, Quebec, and even at home. Elsewhere on the planet, nobody envies the division between Russia and Ukraine, as the division into two ideologies is even more present there than in the United States.
