OTTAWA AND THE GOOD OLD DAYS -

Parliament Hill in Ottawa, and in particular the Langevin Building, remains one of my most romantic memories and marks a beautiful time in my life. It was in the fall of 1984 when I was in the entourage of Brian Mulroney who was elected Prime Minister of Canada in September 1984. I had my assistant's office on the first floor of Langevin and I still remember, as if it were yesterday, the many walks I had to make to get across the hill to get to the Centre Block (the Canadian Parliament). 

Obviously it was the beautiful time, because in February 2022 we can say that it is a difficult and robust time...
