Santa's three elves are happy and they have already informed Santa that there is a storm on the city (Friday December 16th) and that there will be snow for Christmas on December 24th at night... 
Of course we will have to clean the balcony if we want Santa to bring us his presents!

A colleague, in one of my former lives in the media world, says she is sad this morning that in 2022 she is no longer the "star" she was in the 1990s - 2000s! 
This nostalgia is probably related to the approach of Christmas... 
I replied to this ex-colleague that this is what life is, a journey! 
There is a departure (birth); the stay (the beautiful years at the top of life); and the return (the end of life). 
Personally, in 1995, I was travelling by helicopter! 
In 2022, I move by walking... 
I'm not nostalgic about my old ways because I've always lived in the moment!

SANTA'S ELVES AND TELEVISION-

Ulysses is a fan of American TV and he wanted to give a TV party and impress the three elves by making them watch his favorite series (NCIS, FBI, Chicago PD, etc.). Unfortunately for him, December is the worst month of the year for TV and all the American networks fill their schedule with Christmas movies, always the same concept, two people fall in love during the preparations or a trip surrounding Christmas... 

Fortunately, Ulysses is good with online downloads! 

The card table and popcorn were brought out and the group was entertained by watching online episodes including one of NCIS Hawaii on a beach in the sun...

SANTA'S ELVES - BACK HOME

THE ELVES BACK HOME -

The three elves, as well as Ulysses and I came back from our trip to the sun of the Ocean Boulevard... 
The temperature to welcome us back was a little colder than the 80 F we had enjoyed in Palm Beach, but Ulysse and the Elves were happy to be back in their host's garden, unfortunately for them, without the snow. 

Santa would have liked to visit Palm Beach with the elves and say hello to his friend Donald Trump, but he is completely overwhelmed by the preparation of the Christmas gifts! It seems that Santa is an excellent golf player...

The three elf friends managed to get invited to Palm Beach for the weekend for a round of golf! Since me and Ulysse love the Ocean Boulevard area, staying at home was out of the question... 

The elves were so excited that they forgot their hats! It must be said that the temperature in Palm Beach will be 80 F during all the weekend...

ELIZABETH AND CHARLES...

Personally, I have always admired Queen Elizabeth, not for her title, but for her personality. Her sense of humor, her love for horses, and her fluency in French. I can't say the same about her son Charles who has none of the charm of his mother. 

Bets are open on his longevity as the new king, especially if the Parti Québécois is on the case!

The three Santa's Elves: Elf Donald, Elf David and Elf Stéphanie arrived in town on this night of December 1st. Ulysse and I had arranged to meet them near the Ring/L’Anneau in Place Ville Marie. What could be better than a $5 million work of art to welcome with dignity the three legendary characters who will be our guests, Ulysses and me, until December 25th.
