RELIGION IN 2024 -

Humanity everywhere is polarized and divided into clans, and the cause can be traced back to religion.
Polarization has existed since the beginning of time. My Acadian ancestors (Protestants) left Larochelle to cross to America around 1685 precisely because of the war between Catholics and Protestants. In 2024, an example of conflicts between religions is the war between Israel (Judaism) and Palestine and Hamas (Muslims).
Yet religion should be a source of unity. Scientists even say that religion is a way of curing human depression by breaking down isolation. New generations of young people are said to be returning to religion.
Will the future of the world be more peaceful and united as young people turn to religion?
