Josée Blanchette's column in Le Devoir this Friday, September 4, 2020, talks about the need to let go and relax from daily stress as she did this summer isolated from her city. She calls her concept "Therapy in the Clouds".
Personally, I apply the same concept of clouds but in the American fashion...
My concept is called, by the Americans: "The Nature Pill". Taking 20 minutes a day, alone in a place that we like and that calms us, is the fundamental basis of this concept. A kind of urban garden, in my case.
In both concepts, the objective is the same: to get off the bus before falling down!
