THE TRAGEDY ALEXANDRE BISSONNETTE -

The sentence imposed on Alexandre Bissonnette is likely to fuel the social debate in Quebec and probably to influence the Canadian election campaign of next October 2019.
The question is: is the 40-year sentence fair or is it rather a reason to punish Bissonnette as claimed by the parents of the victims at the Quebec mosque?
This case can be compared with those of Dr. Guy Turcotte, Hamed Shafia and Bruce McArthur.
