It was a draw in the third US Presidential Debate as no one came out as a real winner of the debate. However according the a CNN survey, Barack Obama would have won by 48% to 40% for Mitt Romney. The Presidential Election is on next November 6, 2012. The two candidates are tied in voting intentions.
