Three events are confirming the great difficulties of the paper book industry and recorded music.
First an interview with Heather Reisman, owner Indigo Books & Music, where she said that her stores will now give a priority for decorative products to the detriment of paper books.
Second, the sale of Canadian HMV stores adds to the decline of record stores.
Finally, there is a rumor in Montreal to the effect that the group Archambault (Quebecor) would buy rival Renaud Bray.
To be continued.
