The mysterious NDP MP Ruth Ellen Brosseau, has finally come in his riding and met with municipal officials to greet them.
Ruth has style and it feels a bit like Julie Couillard who had been noticed during his associations with the Minister Maxime Bernier.
Moreover, it is a pity that Julie did not think of it because she would have been an excellent candidate for the NDP. No doubt she would have won her election!

The restaurant Moishes of Montreal - Celebrating 73 years of tradition ...

The restaurant's Moishes at 3961 St-Laurent in Montreal is celebrating its 73th anniversary by unveiling the renovations in the dining room done by Patty Xenos and welcoming the new Chief Josh Fiddler from Vancouver.
Moishes is a unique restaurant in Montreal and several international stars as Leonard Cohen made it their favorite restaurant. ( Moishes is located a few blocks from the Montreal home of Leonard Cohen in the Portuguese quarter)
Moishes is identified as one of the best Steakhouses in the world according to Forbes Traveler.
The arrival of the new chef will modernize the menu but it will nevertheless continue to respect the tradition of Moishes.

Disappearance from the media scene in Quebec ...

The information website RUE FRONTENAC announced yesterday the end of the paper edition to focus solely on its website. This site is considered one of the best in Quebec, but it must find a way to make its operations working financially as it was initially created by the union employees of the Journal de Montreal to pressure the employer Quebecor. The labor dispute was resolved last February.
Furthermore, the radio host Christiane Charette also announced yesterday her departure from Radio-Canada as of June 3.

The story of Dr Guy Turcotte - Desperate Housewives

One of the worst tragedies to occur in Quebec could be mistaken with the madness of the television series Desperate Housewives.
The wife of a doctor (Guy Turcotte) falls in love with her sports coach who is also, with his wife, the best friend and coach of the husband. The two couples attend many activities together and share the same vacation trips. The wife of the coach, who is also a coach at the same gym, however discovered the situation and she expressed it to the husband who knew nothing. His wife is a doctor and she works in the same hospital as her husband.
The doctor cuckold decided to retaliate by striking the lover in the face and then, to punish his wife, he commits the murder of their two children. He then tries to commit suicide with car washer but without success.
The trial of Dr. Guy Turcotte is taking place in Montreal.
