My favorite SAQ store closed its doors without even asking me...
I loved the atmosphere of the SAQ at 440 de Maisonneuve West near The Bay. The old-fashioned style of the building gave it a "wine cellar" look and the selection of products was unmatched in Montreal!
This branch moved across the street to a modern building in a much smaller space.
As my father used to say, "Nothing lasts forever..."
