DONALD J. TRUMP AND THE REPUBLICAN CONVENTION 2020 By Bernard Bujold -
The President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, is totally in the race for the November 3 vote and his energy is like the one of a sports champion.
Participants in the Republican Convention 2020 will see him daily and repeatedly during this week of the Republican Rally, from Monday, August 24 to Thursday, August 27.
Several analyses by the pro-democrat media are true on one point: Joe Biden proposes a united America, but his proposal does not take into account the very deep polarization of the population of the United States. There are two visions of life in our southern neighbors: the right and the concept of freedom of choice for the individual; and the left with the concept of a common society. Joe Biden's speech at the Democratic Convention was more like a religious sermon calling for friendship and coming together in one vision of society. The history of Americans, however, has always been a history of polarization, and Biden's speech will not change that division.
In Canada, Biden's speech could have changed the electoral race as Justin Trudeau did in his October 2015 victory over Stephen Harper, a Canadian Prime Minister who resembled President Donald Trump in his political vision. At the time of Harper's defeat, Justin Trudeau's speech was very similar to that of Biden. But Justin would never have defeated Harper if Canada had been a country with the polarization of the United States.
To comment on the conclusion of many left-wing journalists, for every one hundred people who despise Donald Trump, there is his equivalent of a hundred others who admire him deeply.
Donald Trump admits that his style may disturb some people, but it is his fighting spirit that allows him to achieve and accomplish success for the American people.
If I had one prediction for the November 3 vote, it would be that Donald Trump will be re-elected, and by more than 300 votes, because Trump is a leader who has a special characteristic that is also that of a sports champion: he increases his efforts to win proportionally to the obstacles and efforts of his opponent. The tighter the fight, the more Donald will increase his efforts because he is a fighter.
